A message from
I am proud to highlight the remarkable accomplishments by the Roseville TPMG nursing and patient care teams. Our nurses have demonstrated exceptional dedication, skill, and innovation, driving improvements in patient care and professional development.
Throughout 2025, our Roseville nursing professionals consistently exemplified exceptional skill, teamwork, and a steadfast commitment to excellence. By embracing evidence-based practices and nurturing a culture of safety and continuous improvement, our nurses have made a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Recognizing that outstanding care is rooted in continuous learning, we have significantly invested in the professional growth of our nursing staff throughout 2025. Targeted initiatives were implemented to address specific knowledge and skill gaps, empowering nurses to reach new heights in their practice. These investments have not only enhanced clinical capabilities but also strengthened leadership skills and reinforced a commitment to lifelong learning.
We launched several innovative programs designed to support career advancement and ongoing education. The Hybrid Medical Assistant (MA) to Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) training program has created valuable pathways for professional growth, enabling team members to expand their roles and contribute at higher levels of care.
Key highlights of 2025 include the pilot and successful implementation of the OB Anemia Toolkit by the North Valley OB-GYN nursing staff. Developed in collaboration with leadership, this standardized tool addresses iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy and advances equitable care delivery. Through proactive management, the team helped reduce risks associated with anemia at delivery and in the postpartum period, thereby supporting safer and healthier outcomes for mothers and newborns.
To enhance care for pediatric patients, the Roseville Emergency Department established a dedicated pediatric area aimed at improving quality measures, including door-to-steroid, door-to-albuterol, door-to-antibiotic, and door-to-fluid times, as well as reducing length of stay and hospital admissions. Eight treatment rooms were renovated, equipped with specialized pediatric equipment, and staffed by nurses who completed focused pediatric training. The new space opened in January 2025, and all quality goals were achieved by March. The team received regional recognition for exceptional innovation in ensuring optimal care experiences and outcomes for pediatric patients.
Throughout the year, our care teams have exemplified a steadfast dedication to high standards in patient care, professional growth, and innovation. These accomplishments reflect our ongoing commitment to excellence and our vision for the future.
We remain inspired by our accomplishments and committed to supporting one another while continuing to provide exceptional care to all those we serve. Together, we will continue to set new benchmarks for excellence in patient care, ensuring that our team remains a leader in compassionate and innovative health care delivery.
