A message from

Terrie Hemman, RN, BSN, MBA-HCM, CCCM
Director of Nursing and Clinical Practice

In 2025, the Central Valley ambulatory nursing teams experienced a transformation, one defined by innovation, strengthened nursing practices, and heightened recognition across their areas of expertise.

Our nurse leaders and their teams were instrumental in launching new services and advancing initiatives that elevated the quality of care while supporting our broader senior strategy. Their commitment not only enhanced the standards of ambulatory nursing but also delivered meaningful support for patient wellness, improved chronic condition management, and seamless guidance throughout the healthcare journey.

The expertise of our ambulatory nurses empowered patients to navigate the complexities of the healthcare system with confidence. By encouraging individuals to take an active role in their health, our nurses fostered a culture of engagement, understanding, and self-advocacy. This support was especially vital for patients with complex medical needs, ensuring they received the right resources, interventions, and guidance at every stage of care.
