A message from

Michelle Marble, MHA, BSN, RN
Director of Nursing and Clinical Practice

As I reflect on 2025, I am proud to highlight another year of growth, innovation, and commitment to nursing excellence at Santa Rosa. This year has been remarkable in strengthening our culture of collaboration, elevating patient care, and fostering professional development among our nursing team. Departments across our organization have achieved notable success.

Our nurses continue to demonstrate extraordinary dedication and achievement. Several nurses advanced through the clinical ladder, attaining Nurse Practitioner III, Staff Nurse III, and Staff Nurse IV levels, and many earned specialty certifications that exemplify their commitment to expertise and lifelong learning. Specialty nurses have been instrumental in caring for our patients in unique and inspirational ways that meet patients where the needs fit.

We also celebrated our DAISY award recipients, honoring those whose compassionate care and leadership make a lasting impact on patients and colleagues alike.

In addition, our nurses actively participated in interdisciplinary projects, further strengthening the bond between our hospital and the broader community. Through mentorship and peer support, they have contributed to a nurturing environment where new nurses thrive, and seasoned professionals continuously refine their skills. These collective efforts not only enhance patient outcomes but also reinforce our reputation as a leader in nursing excellence.

We are committed to building on these accomplishments in 2026. We will continue to advance professional development opportunities, foster innovation, and ensure every patient experiences care guided by compassion and excellence. Together, our nursing community will continue to uphold the highest standard for exemplary practice and leadership.

I am deeply grateful for the dedication, ingenuity, and resilience of our nurses and leaders. Your contributions lead to the success of our organization and inspire our continued pursuit of excellence. Here’s to an impactful and rewarding 2026!
