In November 2025, the Evidence-Based Practice and Research Nursing Council hosted Kaiser Permanente Roseville’s Poster Fair, a vibrant celebration of nursing innovation and project implementation. The journey began in July with a call for abstracts, inviting nurses and teams to share their work in research, evidence-based practice, and quality improvement. After the abstracts were reviewed and accepted, authors submitted their posters in September for council feedback and mentorship — ensuring high-quality presentations and fostering professional growth.
The event featured 12 posters that highlighted diverse projects aimed at advancing patient care and operational excellence. From evidence-based practice to process improvement initiatives, to clinical research, each display reflected the commitment of Roseville nurses to continuous learning. Authors stood proudly by their work, engaging attendees in meaningful dialogue about findings, challenges, and outcomes.
The fair drew more than 100 interprofessional attendees from across the hospital, creating a dynamic environment for knowledge exchange. Conversations sparked new collaborations and inspired future projects, reinforcing the culture of inquiry and excellence. The Poster Fair was a testament to the power of shared knowledge and mentorship in driving healthcare innovation, as the Roseville team continues to transform evidence into practice for the benefit of patients and the community.
