I’m pleased to share the Santa Clara Medical Center 2025 Annual Nursing Report, highlighting key achievements. This year, we exceeded national benchmarks in quality and patient experience, advanced professional practice, and earned national recognition.

These accomplishments reflect the dedication of our nurses and clinicians, whose work is essential to our mission. We are grateful for their contributions and remain confident in our continued growth and success in 2026 and beyond.
