A message from Stephanie Tarter, MS, BSN, RN
Director of Nursing and Clinical Practice
As I reflect on the past year, I’m filled with immense pride and gratitude for the incredible dedication and commitment to quality care between our nurses, physician partners, ancillary teams and ambulatory leadership. The unwavering commitment to provide exceptional care has not only touched the lives of our patients but has set a benchmark for excellence in nursing.
This year, we achieved remarkable milestones together. From pioneering innovative evidence-based care practices into preventive care and medication safety, to fostering a collaborative environment in clinical ladder mentorship and development – each of you has played a crucial role in our success. Your resilience and adaptability in the face of challenges have been truly inspiring.
As we look forward to 2025, our journey towards nursing excellence continues to grow. The addition of Magnet ambulatory shared governance supports nursing professional development and growth while upholding the highest standards of our profession.
Thank you for your hard work, dedication and passion. Let us continue to make a difference, one patient at a time.
“I went in for an induction and was there a total of three days. I interacted with a lot of people, and they all took such good care of us. We really felt like we were at a hotel, completely taken care of by everyone involved. It exceeded all our expectations. We feel we’re going to have another baby, hopefully, and we’d love to do it there because we had such a great experience.” — Rachel
