Central Valley Chief Nurse Executive Anitra Williams, DNP, RN, PHN, HACP, CCRN has been partnering with 1440 Multiversity since 2024. To date, through the generosity of remarkable donors, this community partnership has been able to send nearly 300 healthcare heroes to Scotts Valley to participate in an intentional healing experience that restores, inspires, and reconnects caregivers to their purpose.

1440 allows healthcare providers time to relax, be in nature, and participate in courses aimed at healing. The facilitated courses bring in content matter experts in psychology, medicine, grief management, and burnout.  This is how we strengthen our workforce — by honoring their humanity and elevating their well-being so they can continue to elevate others.
