Kaiser Permanente Richmond Medical Center proudly celebrated the outstanding achievements of our nurses during our 2025 Recognizing Excellence event. This meaningful gathering honored individuals who reached significant professional milestones over the past year, reflecting our shared commitment to advancing nursing practice and elevating the quality of care we provide.
We recognized nurses who earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degrees, important accomplishments that strengthen clinical expertise, leadership capacity, and evidence-based practice across our organization. Many of our nurses pursued these degrees while balancing full-time responsibilities, which demonstrates remarkable dedication and perseverance.
