Chief Nurse Executive, Walnut Creek Medical Center
Reshea Holman became the Chief Nurse Executive for Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek Medical Center in November 2022. In his role, Reshea is responsible for leadership and oversight of nursing practice at the Walnut Creek campus and the Dublin Multispecialty Care Hub in Dublin.
Reshea is an accomplished nurse executive with more than 20 years of progressive management experience from small independent facilities to large tertiary health care organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Mississippi, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mississippi College, and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from Holy Names University. Reshea previously served as the VP of Patient Care Services and Chief Nurse Executive at Dignity – Northridge Hospital Medical Center in Northridge, CA.
Reshea has also held positions at Alameda Health System – Highland Hospital in Oakland, CA, San Ramon Regional Medical Center in San Ramon, CA, and Doctors Medical Center in San Pablo, CA.
Throughout his career, Reshea led many initiatives that include: Decreased hospital acquired conditions through focused leadership rounding and staff education; Improved patient experience across all measurement categories; Increased quality and financial acumen through nursing leadership development; Improved physician and nursing collaboration through physician-led multi-disciplinary rounds; and has developed RN residency and specialty training programs at various medical centers.
