Rebecca brings over 20 years of progressive leadership experience to her role as Chief Nurse Executive. Her comprehensive expertise within our organization spans multiple domains, including nine years directing Maternal Child Health and experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and perioperative services. Rebecca began her nursing career at Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa as a staff nurse in 2002 with Medical-Surgical Services, where she built a foundation of clinical excellence before advancing through numerous leadership positions. During her tenure with Maternal Child Health, she provided leadership for the implementation of the donor breastmilk program and the Team STEPPS program. Most recently serving as Associate Chief Nurse Executive, Rebecca was influential in achieving Magnet® Designation and the reenvisioning of the Voice of Nursing professional governance structure to improve patient outcomes, staff engagement, and professional excellence.

As a nurse leader, Rebecca strives to empower teams to provide safe, evidence-based, compassionate care with integrity while creating a supportive and nurturing environment for employees and patients alike. Rebecca considers it an honor to care for others and her leadership style reflects her belief that caregivers touch lives in profound and limitless ways. She is dedicated to practicing alongside a team of professionals who strive for continual growth and selflessly work in service to patients and the community.

Rebecca holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Executive Leadership from the University of San Francisco, a Master of Science in Nursing from Sonoma State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hartwick College. Her doctoral dissertation focused on Leadership Development in Health Care, reflecting her lifelong commitment to healthcare leadership excellence and elevating others.

Rebecca is active in several organizations including Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses, the American Organization of Nursing Leadership, and is a volunteer board member of the American Red Cross, North Bay Chapter. She lives in Santa Rosa with her husband and son.
