Earlier this year, we launched our Shared Professional Governance Councils and Program, engaging both front-line nursing staff and leadership. This initiative fosters professional development, decision-making, and a collaborative culture. By encouraging a spirit of inquiry and utilizing evidence-based practices, we aim to improve clinical practices, patient care, care experience, and patient outcomes. Through technology, innovation, and transformational leadership, we are empowering nurses and shaping our culture. Though early in our journey to excellence, the positive impact and enthusiasm have been strong, improving patient care, quality, and safety.
