The new hospital, featuring private patient rooms, is set to open in 2029.<\/p>\n<p>Once finished, the new hospital will be 650-thousand square feet, more than twice the size of the current hospital. It will also be Kaiser Permanente\u2019s first all-electric hospital, and one of the first all-electric hospitals in California.<\/p>\n<p>The new hospital will also include a healing garden, outdoor dining area near the hospital cafeteria, and a new 5-story parking garage.<\/p>\n<p>By 2029, the project will reflect Kaiser Permanente\u2019s long-term commitment to high-quality healthcare and embody transformational leadership principles, driving innovation and community impact.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The new 303-bed hospital is set to open in 2029.
