Several nurse leaders supported the future of nursing by serving as a mentor to nurses new to their practice.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMentorship is something that enriches one\u2019s life in ways both professional and personal. I have found that through mentorship, you can find clarity and meaning in your own role while also serving as a guiding light to someone else. Through support, advice, and a sharing of knowledge, a mentor can positively impact the way someone learns and grows. This relationship can plant the seed for a new career path or help refine how a mentee finds success in their own endeavors.
