These initiatives were designed to provide staff with both physical nourishment and emotional support, ultimately enhancing overall morale.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Caring Cart Rounds<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> cater to all shifts on the first Wednesday of every month. Each cart is filled with snacks and beverages, offering nurses quick relief during their busy shifts. The cart also highlights <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">professional development opportunities<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">like<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"auto\">certification prep courses<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, <\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">mentoring programs<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, and recognitions like the <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">DAISY Awards<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. This initiative also reminds nurses of available growth opportunities and celebrates their accomplishments, contributing to a positive and motivating work environment.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The <\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">monthly wellness classes<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> focus on holistic well-being, covering topics that promote physical, mental, and emotional self-care.
