Members of the professional governance councils collaborated to select a theme,<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW114341503 BCX8\"> identify <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW114341503 BCX8\">topics<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW114341503 BCX8\"> that would highlight council work from core councils to unit councils, best practices, poster presentations, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW114341503 BCX8\">how to get certified, and advancing degree opportunities. The event also included <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW114341503 BCX8\">learning opportunities such as <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW114341503 BCX8\">interactive care experience patient\/nurse simulations, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW114341503 BCX8\">and <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW114341503 BCX8\">fun games such that highlight NICHE<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW114341503 BCX8\">, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW114341503 BCX8\">delirium initiatives, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW114341503 BCX8\">senior surgical
