Their collaborative approach helps maximize efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of care. Care Without Delay and the ADT Nurses all focus on real-time bed management, proactive communication, and removing barriers that might delay patient movement. Their dedicated oversight ensures that beds are available for patients in need, whether they are arriving from the emergency department, another unit, or being discharged home.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Together, these efforts are critical to the success of Kaiser Permanente Richmond, the sole hospital serving our community.
