These boards serve as a vital tool for sharing key information, ensuring patients and families feel informed and engaged in their care journey.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">To create a patient-centered design, council members collaborated with the Care Experience Council as well as the Patient Advisory Council, gathering valuable feedback directly from patients. This partnership ensured the boards met the needs of those they were designed to serve.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To
