Training included patient simulation scenarios and improving <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\">utilization<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\"> of our electronic rounding app. <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\">Participants were surveyed on their level of comfort with rounding and the percentage of those <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\">very comfortable<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\"> went from 50% to 67%. Scores on being <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\">very comfortable<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\"> with documentation went from 33% to 61%.<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\"> Patient experience scores have been trending up after this intervention<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\"> and leaders <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\">continue to <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\">participate<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\"> in daily \u201cGolden Hour Rounding<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\">\u201d<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\">.<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\"> Data from th<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW239549762 BCX8\">ese rounds highlight areas for improvement and opportunities for recognition for our teams.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span
