The team created a new \u201cMy Procedure Folder<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW199455755 BCX8\">\u201d<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW199455755 BCX8\"> and new waiting room banner with a QR code that provides patients and families opportunity to view videos while waiting, and also sends patients to education videos, preoperative and postoperative phone calls. Thank you to our staff nurse team leaders <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW199455755 BCX8\" lang=\"EN-US\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW199455755
