At the event, we offered information about advanced directives, fall prevention at home, medication safety, and delirium. <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW160020528 BCX8\">These topics are in alignment with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement Age-Friendly initiative that focuses on the 4 M\u2019s &#8211; What Matters Most, Mobility, Medication, and Mentation.<\/span><span
