This initiative fosters professional development, decision-making, and a collaborative culture. By encouraging a spirit of inquiry and utilizing evidence-based practices, we aim to improve clinical practices, patient care, care experience, and patient outcomes. Through technology, innovation, and transformational leadership, we are empowering nurses and shaping our culture.
