Due to the success of this program, HWI is being spread to departments throughout Patient Care Services.<\/p>\n<p>The CCU Healthy Workforce \u2013 Everyday Respect project was highlighted at the 46th Annual Association of California Nurse Leaders conference earlier this year. Nursing Operations Director Bridgette Wilson, MSN, RN, and Staff Nurse III Kristen Watkins, ASN, RN presented the team\u2019s findings and
