The Unit Practice Chairs (UPC) Core Council established a strong operational foundation this year by creating standard work for membership, which included defined workflows and a formal application process. Empowered by comprehensive performance improvement training, the chairs successfully applied these skills to lead impactful projects addressing quality and safety, RN engagement, and the care experience at the unit level.
