Kaiser Permanente San Jose hosted a 2025 Health and Wellness Fair on August 12, 2025. This event was planned by our nursing staff for the benefit of our employees. The fair was created in response to staff sharing through a recent survey that strengthening our Culture of Health is an important priority for them.

Our incredible employees, especially our nurses, dedicated their time, creativity, and hard work in creating informative displays. Stations included cancer screenings, blood pressure, cholesterol, and weight management, recognizing and mitigating the effects of heart failure and stroke, and how food is medicine. The engagement of our staff is what makes events like this meaningful and impactful.

This year’s fair was a powerful reminder that our greatest investment is in the health and well-being of our employees. A healthy Kaiser Permanente San Jose Medical Center strengthens our entire community.
